ARTICLE IV STAKEHOLDER

Neighborhood Council membership is open to all Stakeholders. Anyone who lives, works, or owns property in the yellow region on this map is a CHNC “stakeholder.” Stakeholders can also include those who declare a stake in the neighborhood as a community interest stakeholder by affirming a “substantial and ongoing participation within the Neighborhood Council’s boundaries.” This includes being affiliated with community organizations, including—but not limited to—educational, non-profit, and/or religious organizations.
